…Back in April 2005, Selwyn started an email distribution of family-friendly events in the Madison area that he collected from various resources on the web. Shortly thereafter, this turned into Selwyn.org and many flocked (including myself) to his website to see what family events were going on for the upcoming weekend.  As parents of two, we found this resource invaluable.  In April of 2009 I heard that Selwyn was moving out of state and was looking for someone to continue the tradition….

We are KidStuffMadison.com and like all of you believe that family time is critical in the development of our childrens’ mental, social and physical well-being not to mention important for us parents.  We want to make this your one-stop-shop for finding the many fun, diverse and family-oriented events that our wonderful city and surrounding area has to offer.  Each week (typically Mon or Tues), we will update and catalog all the area events in this one place for you!  So, if you are new to the area or to parenting/grandparenting or to finding cool, fun and family oriented things to do in the Madison area, you’ve found your spot.  I hope you enjoy and utilize the updates and links we provide.
